DIS40Nord-YAC-YAPN Invitation

The German Initiative of Young Arbitrators Nord (DIS40 Nord), Young Arbitration Practitioners Norway (YAPN) and the Young Arbitrators Copenhagen (YAC) are pleased to invite our members to a joint event held on 7-8 September 2018 in Copenhagen.

The two-day seminar will kick-off with an interactive workshop followed by a social event on Friday and continue with workshops on hot topics in international arbitration on Saturday.

Friday, 7 September

16.00   ‘The Perfect and Imperfect Arbitration Agreement’ – how to interpret pathological (defective) commercial arbitration clauses, words of introduction by Dr Morten Frank (Gorrissen Federspiel). Followed by an interactive panel discussion with Dr. Jennifer Bryant (Noerr), Hendrik Puschmann (Farrer & Co) and Yuliya Chernykh (University of Oslo).

18.00   Light dinner and drinks at Gorrissen Federspiel.

After the event, there will be opportunity to head to Tivoli Gardens, located right next to Gorrissen Federspiel.
