Two days of debate, insight, and community, exploring the future of Nordic arbitration, from AI to diversity and beyond.
4 September 2024: Workshop on Oral Advocacy
Workshop on oral advocacy including a mock submission on evidentiary admissibility in arbitration, followed by tribunal feedback and a discussion on effective advocacy techniques.
4 September 2025: Run with YAC and Swiss Arbitration
Morning run around Copenhagen’s scenic lakes, followed by a well-earned breakfast with fellow young arbitration professionals.
